This house is ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!
Villa Palmeras is a house divided into 2 floors with independent entrance on each of them, with a maximum capacity for 10 people.
Outdoor area with private pool (7x3.5m) with wonderful sea and mountain views, brick barbecue, and a spacious terrace to enjoy breakfasts and meals with family, as well as a chill out area to relax and enjoy the views.
The ground floor apartment consists of a living-dining room (tv, fireplace), kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas cooker, oven, coffee maker), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The first floor apartment has a large living-dining room (tv, fireplace (firewood not included)), open to a kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, nespresso coffee maker), 2 double bedrooms (one suite), 1 bedroom with bunk beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub. Small storage area outside the house with washing machine.

- Pets upon request and with a supplement of 35 €/week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned a week later by bank transfer.
Group bookings for young people accepted only upon prior request.
Regulations and special bond for young people:
A cash deposit of €150/person for houses and €75/person for apartments shall be paid. This will be returned one week after the client's departure once it has been verified that the property is in perfect condition. Celebrations and making noise after 22:00 are strictly prohibited. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

La vue de la maison est très belle mais il n'y a que ça. On a eu très froid dans la maison, aucun systeme de chauffage (ni de climatisation d'ailleurs) alors que le bas de la maison ne voit pas le soleil.

Superbe séjour dans cette magnifique propriété ! Deux appartements qui laissent de l'intimité a tous, extérieur très bien aménagé et vue à couper le souffle au bord de la piscine sécurisée. Gestion par l'agence et le concierge parfaite.
Petit bémol pour la literie de l'appartement du bas qui mériterait un renouveau. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour ! Un grand merci !

Buchung lief super und reibungslos. Haus war leider nicht wie erwartet aber wir haben das Beste daraus gemacht.
