Upon entering this cozy home, the kitchen happily greets you. The open galley kitchen allows the chef in your group to prepare everyone's favorite meals while still being a part of the fun. An expansive island countertop allows your guests to gather 'round.

A dining set allows you to enjoy mealtime family style inside, or a sliding door leads to a covered patio with dining set so you can dine alfresco. After dinner take a dip in the hot tub and relax all your cares away!

Back inside, the northern wing of the house offers a primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms, each with a queen bed share this hallway. Each bedroom is designed with your comfort in mind. Completing the northern side of the house is the second full bathroom.

The southern side of the house is where your group of friends and family are sure to gather the most! A bonus room with leather sofas offers one that converts to a queen bed. Enjoy the ambiance of the gas fireplace and challenge your friends to a game of pool. Loser buys the next bottle of your new favorite Finger Lakes wine! A beverage cooler and dry bar counter space allows entertaining to be a breeze in this cozy space.

Outside, find the large grassy lawn well-manicured. Bring your favorite games from home, or happily find that cornhole is provided and available for guests to use. At night, enjoy a fire in the stone circle.

Lodi Point is a short walk down the road. Enjoy the playground with your kiddos, or bring a boat and launch right from the park and enjoy a day out on the cool waters of Seneca Lake.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
