mid-April in Porto San Paolo

Our host was very responsive and helpful. The flat is at the end of a street adjoining open land, and was very peaceful. Springtime rains and cool weather made the inside damp and chilly at first, but it gradually improved. The view of Tavolara is exquisite, and the space suited us well.

Porto San Poalo !

The property is lovely & has an amazing view We felt it needed a few more little things such as a kettle,hairdryer, toaster & an iron as it has a ironing board but no iron, as no AC which we were aware off perhaps a pedestal fan would have helped a little .apart from those minor things everything was there that you needed. Location was good but quite a steep climb back up from town but steady effort all thaty's required ! Overall a great stay enjoyable & weather,views amazing !

La struttura è un ottima struttura ma ha dei pro e dei contro:Pro: posizione ottima sia per raggiungere le spiagge che per raggiungere il supermercato più vicino, vista sulla tavolara, location silenziosa posta sulla collina, cucina ben attrezzata con pentole e attrezzi nuovi, presenza di ferro da stiro e phon, parcheggio gratuito facilmente trovabile in strada di fronte all abitazione.Contro: presenza di odore di muffa all' interno dei mobili dove ci sono le pentole, mancanza di biancheria per il bagno e lenzuola per il letto, mancanza di appoggi in camera da letto per il secondo ospite ( ci vorrebbe un appendino), mancanza di carta igienica al nostro arrivo, letto costantemente scricchiolante ad ogni movimento, mancanza di tovaglia e canovaccio in cucina.Tutto sommato è stato un buon soggiorno però devo dire che ho trovato un appartamento un po' scarno con un po' di mancanza di cura nei dettagli, inoltre non ho trovato delle cose che ho sempre trovato in altri alloggi con lo stesso prezzo (biancheria del letto, biancheria del bagno, ecc..) Consiglio, farei una zona unica di raccolta dei rifiuti così che ognuno possa smaltire comodamente i rifiuti.

Wohnung zu teuer / Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis enttäuschend

Insgesamt hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt in der Wohnung, würden sie aber nicht mehr buchen. positive Aspekte: + ruhige Lage der Wohnung im Haus des Vermieters (letztes Haus in der Straße) und ca. 750 m vom Ortszentrum entfernt (dort Supermarkt, Bars, Geschäfte ...) + überdachte Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die vorgelagerte Insel Tavolara negative Aspekte: - Zimmer: die Einrichtung müsste angesichts des Mietpreises modernisiert werden (Bett, Schrank sind nicht stabil), es gibt lediglich ein Oberlicht (Schacht), keine Klimaanlage - Bad: im Bad steht ein rostiger Toilettenpapierhalter (Spuren auf den drunterliegenden Fliesen) - Küche: wie in einer Kritik von 2019 zu lesen ist, riecht es nach wie vor muffig in den Küchenschränken und die Ausstattung mit Geräten, Utensilien ist äußerst dürftig und enttäuschend auch hinsichtlich der Qualität der Töpfe, Pfannen etc. Wer kochen möchte und einen gewissen Mindeststandard erwartet, wird enttäuscht. Der Espressokocher ist verschimmelt und müsste ausgetauscht werden. Darüber hinaus bräuchte es mehr Teller/Gläser/Schälchen. Insgesamt alles sehr spartanisch. - Wohnung etwas hellhörig (Mietwohnung nebenan, Eigentümer im Stock darüber) Endbewertung: - der Aufenthalt wäre für uns in Ordnung gewesen und mit den Mängeln hätte man leben können, wenn der Preis nicht so hoch gewesen wäre. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt definitiv nicht. Da entschädigen auch die Terrasse und der Blick auf Tavolara nicht.

Posizione ideale, propietario cordiale e disponibile...e vista meravigliosa dell'isola di Tavolara

Soggiornato in 3, io mia moglie e mia figlia di 18 anni. L'appartamento pulito, in ordine e con portico con vista meravigliosa dell'isola di Tavolara... Il proprietario Marco e Gianni sono persone molto disponibili, check in già al nostro arrivo alla mattina e check out nel tardo pomeriggio, anche se dovevamo lasciare l'appartamento in mattinata (ovvio l'appartamento dopo il ns soggiorno era libero)... Consigliatissimo

Great apartment

We had a very nice time in the apartment. It is clean and exactly as described. The view from the terrace is beautiful and if you are awake early enough you can watch a beautiful sunrise there. Che vista!

Casa per due persone con i giusti spazi, vista stupenda, senza aria condizionata ma la notte si dorme benissimo comunque, piccola pecca il letto che non è matrimoniale ma sono due singoli avvicinati e quindi un po’ scomodi. Sarebbe stato utile se ci avessero avvisati della presenza di cinghiali nella zona almeno la notte se si rientra in macchina non si rischiano incidenti… Marco gentilissimo ad averci lasciato la casa una notte in più per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze.

La posizione perfetta

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 amici presso l'appartamento di Marco, accogliente e spazioso situato in una zona collinare di Porto San Paolo dalla vista mozzafiato su Tavolara. Marco è stato gentile e puntuale nel check in e di pronto supporto per qualsiasi evenienza e consiglio di cui avessimo bisogno. La posizione dell'appartamento è strategica per visitare tutto ciò che volete da Porto Cervo a Orosei. Di notte verrete cullati dal ciondolio del campanaccio delle pecore che pascolano poco più un giù e la.zona residenziale con Vista si presta molto a soggiorni di Relax e turismo. Consigliatissimo

Piacevolmente soddisfatti

Abbiamo passato piacevolmente i nostri giorni di permanenza,appartamento con una bellissima vista,posizionato in un ottimo punto,silenziosissimo e ventilato. In massimo 10 minuti raggiungevamo molte delle piu' belle spiaggie della zona,a meno di 1 km c'erano tutti i servizi necessari(supermarcato,ristoranti,bar ecc) Il proprietario si e' reso sempre molto disponibile alle nostre richieste. Sicuramente lo consiglieremo!

Casa accogliente pulita, e in ordine ad un passo dalle spiagge di san teodoro. Soggiorno piacevole. Ringrazio per la possibilità di poter utilizzare l 'appartamento piu grande dato che era libero in quel periodo. Unica nota negativa, vicini di casa un po troppo chiassosi. PS: hanno costruito un muretto divisorio durante la settimana

Sehr nette Vermieter. Sowohl Marco als auch seine Mutter. Ein schönes kleines Apartement mit einer tollen Aussicht. Wirklich zu empfehlen. Da das Haus am Ende der Straße liegt, ist es auch sehr ruhig. Unsere Empfehlung.

Vista magnifica

Appartamento bilocale piccolo ma accogliente, perfetto per 3 persone. Posto più bello della casa: il patio all'esterno dell'ingresso. Il patio è coperto e vi si accede dalla vetrata di ingresso, uscendo dall'interno della casa ti trovi tavolara incorniciata in quello che sembra essere una cartolina dal vivo.
