Brand new, modern 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom flat on the 2nd floor, with Sky TV and air conditioning, just seconds from Oxford Street and Marble Arch.

A beautiful, newly renovated, two bedroom apartment on the second floor.

Both bedrooms have king size beds which have the ability to be split into two single beds if you prefer. The sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2 people, so the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people total.
Please confirm how you would like all the beds set up prior to arrival.

The master bedroom has a stylish new en-suite bathroom with large shower, toilet in a separate cubicle within the bathroom and double sink, so that 2 people can use the bathroom at the same time. The toilet also has a handheld douche spray / shattaf.
The second bathroom also has shower, sink and toilet with handheld douche spray / shattaf.

Smart TVs in the living room and master bedroom.

Note that there is no lift in the building. 24 hour porter is available to carry up luggage if required.

Very nice flat that had everything we needed! Convenient location within walking distance to shops and amazing restaurants. Be warned, it's on the third floor with no lift, that was the only challenge!

Perfect location, amazing hosts!

We booked this property for a family vacation that included a few days in London. The property was perfect for us (family of 4, including two teenagers). Clean, well maintained, and great communication and service from the hosts. The front desk staff at the Leonard Hotel across the street went out of their way to be helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a stay in this area of London. Walking distance to convenient underground stops and many, many restaurants.

Great location for the price!

The apartment is very nice with renovated kitchen and baths. We also really enjoyed the location…close to restaurants, shopping and the tube. The hotel staff across the street were very nice and accommodating. The only negative was that the previous guest(s) had obviously been smoking in the apartment.
