The location is great! Excellent access to Hyde park, but the hotel itself is really tired. The staff is lovely, but our room was stained and outdated. The drains in our rooms needed some TLC, but the water pressure was good.

Corus Hyde Park is in the perfect location, just across the street from Kensington Gardens. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We had no issue checking in early and we highly recommend the breakfast and afternoon tea. Both were excellent. The standard double room is the perfect size for couples who plan to spend most of their day out and about. WiFi was spotty and only one outlet in the bathroom was compatible to international adaptors. With an adaptor the low voltage could only charge phones, not laptops, iPads, or curling irons. Our room door had a tendency not to shut all the way and when we returned to our room after it was serviced, the door was not fully closed. This prompted us to skip having our room serviced after the second day of our 5 day stay.

Fantastic stay

We stayed for 2 nights and had a lovely time. The first night the room was quite chilly and we couldn't get the heater to blow warm air, reception brought us a heater which didn't have much impact as the room was huge...so reception gave us another room, no fuss or messing about, just moved us. The rooms were lovely and large, really comfy, clean beds and plenty of space. Bathroom good, bathrobes and slippers provided. Breakfast was lovely. We had dinner there both night's, food was good and not at all over priced. The reception team were great, so friendly. Position of the hotel was fantastic, just across the road from Hyde Park. This is a hotel i would definitely recommend and would definitely go back to.

The staff was very helpful, especially Varth. Our room was lovely and the hotel itself was well situated close to the tube and bus line. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend the hotel. The breakfast was wonderful and the food in the restaurant was very well priced and delicious! The neighbourhood was safe ad close walking to restaurants and shops in the area. Don't hesitate to book this hotel.

You can't beat this location. Its across the street feom Hyde Park, 10 min from Elizabeth Line and Paddington, a 2 min walk to the underground and busses. Breakfast was expensive at £19, many other options around the corner. The room was okay, the beds were almost unbearable, but we survived.

Overall, a really good experience. Good location. Nice hotel. Staff were very friendly and professional. Good breakfast. Restaurant staff very helpful. Room compact but modern and clean. Unfortunately, I could not get hot water in the shower until the last morning despite reporting it twice. Seemed to be a problem.with the system, as friend had same problem.
