2 Bed/2 Bath Brand New Modern Flat with Air Con

Brand new, modern 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment on the 3rd floor (no elevator) with air conditioning, just seconds from Oxford Street and Marble Arch.

Both bedrooms have king size beds which have the ability to be split into two single beds if you prefer. The king size sofa bed in the living room can sleep 2 people, so the apartment can accommodate up to 6 people total.
Please confirm how you would like all the beds set up at least 24 hours prior to arrival, otherwise we can't guarantee any changes.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, with double sinks, walk in shower and toilet in a cubicle. The second bathroom has both a large walk in shower and separate bath, as well as double sinks and toilet in a cubicle. The toilets both have a handheld douche spray / shattaf.

Smart TVs with Chromecast in the living room and bedrooms.

Note that there is no lift in the building. 24 hour porter is available to carry luggage if required.

Cleaning is not provided during the stay, but can be arranged at an extra cost. 1 set of towels and linen per person is provided free of charge.

Very good property and location with helpful staff. Apartment 11 was spacious and clean. Only issue was en-suite door handle/lock was in need of repair and shower head stream was difficult to adjust. Overall though, we would stay here again.
