Excellent hotel in great location, we stayed as had a concert at Hyde Park which was a 15 minute walk. Also great for access to Paddington stations. Reception and house keeping all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast for £15 each was well worth the price. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel staff were pleasant and the location perfect for our trip itinerary. The room was clean other than a foul smell coming from the shower cosmetics, specifically brown gunk coming from the conditioner bottle that smelled unsanitary. I would however be willing to stay in the hotel again.
