Brilliant hotel and literally round the corner from Paddington station and a 5 minute stroll to Kensington gardens. The spa is small but cute and you get it to yourself for 30 minutes. There is only a plunge hot tub and steam, but it is lovely!

Parking directly in front of the hotel. Pleasant lobby. Friendly reception staff on check-in. Room was small but did the job. Was nicely decorated albeit looked a bit dated. Nice townhouse hotel conveniently close to Paddington station. Unfortunately didn’t get the time to test the spa facilities in the basement. Would not recommend paying extra for their breakfast, which is pretty bland even if there seems to be quite a bit of choice at first glance. Otherwise, steady recommendation for mid-range hotel close to everything!
