Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is very beautiful, modern and elegant. The matcha pancakes were superb and the glass of prosecco upon first time arrival didn’t hurt!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel The staff were fantastic especially the guy on the front desk who worked so hard to make our stay perfect . This hotel has such a vibe . Lighting in the bar area is so lush and the food absolutely amazing. Bedrooms are beautiful especially the white fluffy towels

The hotel was newly opened and clearly suffering from teething issues. Our reservation was not logged so the staff had to find us a room which was OK but not what we booked. The rooms had undergone some renovations and our sink leaked. The fridge made a lot of noise all night and there was a bright light from the heating controls. However the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a good location and the staff were very attentive and apologetic for the issues.
