First time here because my usual hotel was booked out. Double room at the front overlooking the road. I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of the sound insulation and double glazing: I was not troubled by traffic noise at all and slept soundly. Small room size compensated by modern fit and finish and thoughtful design. Restaurant environment looked attractive though I did not try the food. At £200 per night on average not cheap, but the going rate for this standard and location. Very convenient for Euston station. Duty Manager who checked me in was welcoming and offered to secure me the best possible rate if I contacted him direct in future. Would stay again.

Great Hotel 5 minutes from Euston Station.

Great hotel, spotlessly clean, 5 minutes walk to Euston station. Comfortable single beds, fabulous staff that understand customer service which is rare nowadays. Small down point, bathroom is very small and water spills out of shower area into the bathroom part.

Good for one night only!

Great location, refurbished but looks are not always functional. Room small, have a bruise where the bedframe stuck out and ‘got me’ every time I walked past it. 5 coat hangers, poor storage, hairs in shower floor, shower over spilled and flooded bathroom (I fixed it), air conditioning did not work, boiling hot and could not open window due to noise. However the Double glazing was amazing soundproofing

Happy Stay Apart from Breakfast Staff

Amazing stay and location, hotel is very clean but rooms are on the small size, the only thing that let the hotel down was the breakfast staff, 3 of them but didn’t offer any service at all, I asked for some sweetener of which the waitress abruptly said we don’t have any, but they have them in the rooms so clearly she just couldn’t be bothered! Up your game!

Shocking from start to finish! Scaffold all over the front of the building - told to keep curtains closed! Tiny room, can’t even walk around the bed to the toilet. No facilities, bar or restaurant! Ridiculous amount of noise in the foyer, couldn’t even hear the receptionist talk! She looked embarrassed for us. Electric cables left hanging in the outdoor stairs! No mention of any of this before booking! Overall, disgusting for the amount you were still asking for the room!
