Very secure, very clean, super comfortable, great bar, close to transportation, walkable to tourist sites, friendly staff. The bartender at the bar at the hotel gave us recommendations on things that we could do in our short visit to London.

We didn’t choose to have the breakfast as it was very expensive. We have stayed before and had rooms where the TV was at the bottom of the bed, much easier for relaxing than in front of the sofa. We forgot the charger plug for our phones, no usb connects in the room.
