The main reason for staying at this hotel is its proximity to airport departures. More democratic seatin in the rooftop bar and a better selection of hot snacks might have encouraged us to stay there - we left ASAP. Why hotel designers want to leave a 6 inch gap under the toilet door is anyone's guess. Pillow size option was welcome - better than Crowne Plaza.

Room was good but the pillows were terrible - lumpy and fat and bed very soft. Check in and out was impersonal. No nice bathroom amenities that you’d expect when paying top dollar. Proximity to international terminal however is unrivalled.

There was constant noise above our room on the 8th floor coming from the 9th floor - banging, footsteps, and rolling equipment. We requested a quiet room upon check-in, were assured we would have a quiet room, and were placed across from the elevator with constant elevator noise all night.
