Liked Shirley the Duck!

The hotel is in an excellent location with a lovely courtyard seating area. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable with a well stocked tea tray, bottles of bottled water and a great coffee machine. The bathroom was very generously sized with both separate bath and shower. The rubber duck was a lovely, quirky extra!

Once we figured out how to work the lights we were good. Staff graciously lent me an adapter so I could use my appliances.... Was easy to get around either walking or the bus and we were able to cover a lot of ground. Great stay at the Apex!

Great hotel as always with excellent service. Room was extremely cosy and well equipped with all the amenities you’d expect. Service was a little displeasing on arrival with a rude attitude by the duty manager but was much nicer on check out by the front desk assistants. Sadly buses were not stopping outside hotel due to road works but were almost finished. So a nice walk was needed to get around. Will stay here again.

Lovely hotel in reasonably quiet area of London

Lovely modern hotel in a reasonably quiet area of London close to the law courts (beautiful buildings) and short walk to 2 underground stations and close to the river. Very friendly and attentive helpful staff. Clean modern room with large walk-in shower in bathroom and comfortable bed.

Apex Temple was a wonderful hotel walking distance from the west end theatre district and many other sites of interest were within a 30 minute walk. Easy access to London transit systems. Furniture in the room was getting a bit tired, but was very comfortable. A beautifully spacious room with a small couch and a desk area. Bathroom amenities were in excellent condition. Would have been nice to have electrical access on both sides of the bed, but there was many options so this was manageable. We had a great stay. Tea, coffee, water, and snacks were replenished daily.

Such a wonderful hotel!! Beautiful room, comfortable bed, great staff, fantastic location! Very easy to get to from the airport and back via the tube, and a short walk from Blackfriars Station. Definitely my 1st choice hotel for London!
