Our so called superior king room didn’t feel very superior! Was rather small compared to rooms in the same category we have had on previous visits. The tv remote didn’t work but someone sorted that quickly. Fire alarm went off twice - once in the middle of the night and once early morning. Seems that the smoke sensors are so sensitive that if anyone has a long, hot shower or bath without shutting the bathroom door, it sets the alarm off!

Have stayed at this hotel for over 10 years. This time I wasn’t offered any of my Hotels.com perks, the common parts were dirty and housekeeping very hit and miss. I can only put it down to it being very busy
