The property is in a great location in the financial district with easy walking to everywhere where I needed to be. The apartment was clean and quiet. Staff were helpful. Will stay again when in London.

My wife and I stayed here for 15 nights and it was the perfect spot. Location was extremely versatile for access to dining, groceries, transportation etc. Walkable to everything that we wanted to do as well. The room was updated and immaculate. Quiet area and friendly staff. It was a wonderful decision to stay at the Cove Cannon Street and we will definitely consider using them again in the future.

The property was located in the heart of London and easy to get to using public transportation. The place was very clean and provided all the amenities needed for a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful providing directions and information to navigate the city. I will definitely stay there again and highly recommended.

This is a very basic apartment with the bare bones in supplies. It was very noisy late into the night every night. The location was good, but I would stay somewhere else next time.

Nice and Quiet

We arrived in London before check in time and were able leave our luggage at the hotel which made it easy to eplore the area before checking in. The staff was friendly and the property was clean and quiet. It is located in a business district so we used the tube to get to most of our destinations.

This property is in a great location for transportation and for walking. The Mansion House tube stop is literally right across the street from the front door of the hotel. (If you take Exit 2.) There are lots of coffee, shops, pubs, and a grocery store all within easy walking distance. It’s also an easy walk to St. Paul’s Cathedral. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained. It had a dishwasher, a washer-dryer combo, and refrigerator and stove so you could really use this for a long-term stays. We were there for two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed it. The only downside for us was that the bed was against the wall so one person had to climb out over the end of the bed, which is annoying in the middle of the night. Otherwise, we thought this was a really great accommodation.

This property is close to many things (walkable). Room was perfect for a longer stay (5 days). Made a couple trips to a local store (1 block away). Only negative was the perfume smell in the lobby.

We loved our stay at the Cove Cannon St. It’s really well situated to multiple Tube stations/lines so it was very easy to get all over the city. Plus you are within easy walking distance to a number of attractions - St Paul’s, Sky Garden, Borough Market and Tower of London to name a few. The building is very well kept and it always smells nice in the lobby. Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. The units are clean and well furnished; kitchen area and bathroom in particular were very modern with a washing machine in the unit - very appreciated. Grocery stores nearby and tons of restaurants. My only minor complaint would be better pillows. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London!

Excellent location and having a kitchen was a big plus. But the photos (and reception) look a lot posher than the actual apartments so I was a bit disappointed to find the rooms were quite basic and tired around the edges. I found the noise from the courtyard (constant hum from the heating/air con system??) bothersome, and the blinds were pretty useless at blocking out light as there are big gaps around the edges and they flap around quite far from the actual windows. Very clean though and bed was comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall I was a bit disappointed for the price (standard chain hotels are just as good if not better and much cheaper) but I suppose having the kitchen is what makes it more expensive than other hotels.

Overall I would recommend staying here if you need a small kitchen during your stay. The area are great, and the flat was fairly clean (some dust and hair in sinks and floor). The hairdryer was great, but I only wish you could plug it in near a mirror. The outlet in the bathroom is for razors only. (bathroom is really designed for a man) I brought a travel mirror, which I had to use in the bedroom with the blow dryer. Also, the rain style shower head is not very strong and i had a hard time washing my long hair (another design for a man). It would also be helpful to have 2 dishcloths in the kitchen, and a disposable cleaning cloth rather than a sponge for the kitchen, as sponges are not sanitary (they are not laundered and who knows what the last person did with it!), and the sponge didn't fit in the cups. Aside from these little details, we enjoyed our time at the Cove. :)
