Accommodation was straight forward and basic. However, the towel heater for our stay was a huge help for the cold weather. Centrally located 50m away from Kings Cross station, lots of restaurants and Lime bike station. Night life was hustle & bustle, whilst breakfast options theough local vendors in front of the station was great.

I really like my stay, the room was a bit cramped but still cosy nonetheless. I did struggle with the sink as it would only be boiling hot or freezing cold, it also was too smalls

Great little find

Great location & very amazing friendly staff. The not so good points…. Rooms could do with some maintenance as headboards weren’t attached to the single beds, one of the curtain poles was balancing so fell off when I pulled curtain. The TV should have been on the wall facing the beds not adjacent to so we couldn’t watch TV easily but despite these points it was a clean and quiet hotel ideally situated a few mins walk from King’s Cross & was a great price! Would stay again!

Location and Price a Great Match

Stayed in a twin room. The room was tidy but small but that is expected witb these 3tier houses converted into Hotels. Ive stayed in 2 others around Kings cross and this was the best. A nice touch of complementary water and fruit in room. Room had its own shower and toilet and towels provided. The room had a wiresless charger which is handy if sharing a charger ect. Balcony opened up which was great as it was a lovely summers day. Great location for Tubes and Airport National trains. 24 hour McDonalds near by if pekish.

Cuarto bien pequeño pero conveniente para 2 noches. El baño aunque pequeño lucia en buenas condiciones. El único problema es que al ser el cuarto y baño tan pequeño y estar tan frío, al bañarte con agua caliente y abrir la puerta del baño sonaba el detector de humo. Fuera de eso si es para 1 o 2 personas y pocas noches, por el precio está super bien. A 3 minutos caminando de King Cross y St Pancras station.

TERRIBLE HOTEL Had booked for 3 nights but checked out after 1 night. Noisy guests at 3am and was unable to sleep. Felt unsafe. Inferior quality bed sheets. Tiny bathroom. Location terrible. No customer service. No response or acknowledgment to written complaint and refund request.

Kind and attentive staff, willing to help at any time. My only recommendations would be to change or improve the shower facilities in the bathroom, since it's impossible to control water heating, and the water turns boiling hot after a few minutes, and second, to change the lighting inside bedrooms to make it warmer. Highly recommend this property to anybody who's on a budget and whats to sleep in a central place close to transportation!!

Convenient to a big train station. The room is very tiny, even for two small girls. The sink is very tiny as well. The radiator was not working and the knob to adjust the water temperature was broken. They gave us a space heater to help with the cold but the water was still too hot for my skin.
