I stayed here on the hottest day of 2019 and although I am used to Australian heat, the stuffiness and high temperature in my room was very hard to deal with. There is no air-conditioning and the window only opens one inch. There is no ventilation in the corridors on the upper floors. I slept very badly. I also had bites on my skin over this 3-day stay, upon waking. There was no breakfast as advertised. Just cleaners arguing with each other. The front desk staff did not offer financial compensation for that. Be aware.
