It was dirty and not enough towels and the staff wasn’t helpful and the shower water wasn’t able to turn the temperature down and it was too hot and the window couldn’t open properly and the pric was a rip off for 2 nights

The bedsheets, pillows and blankets provided were stained. The bathroom surfaces were dirty. I felt very uncomfortable the entire time and was not happy with the stay. I will never book here again.

Truly the worst London stay I’ve ever had. Works in a pinch but didn’t even have lighting or a bathroom that worked. Had to swap rooms as the initial one clearly had been smoked in. I am not choosy with my hotels and frequent hostels regularly and truly would recommend a nicer hostel over this poor hotel. Hope they improve in future.

It was a bed for the night with a shower so did the job for our overnight stay but this place needs some serious work. The bedroom was tatty and tired with the bedside cabinet hanging off the wall. The bed was at least clean and made but it was so uncomfortable with terrible pillows that need throwing out. The bathroom was rather disgusting and hadn't had a proper clean in a very long time. The fittings were hanging off of the wall and the toilet hadn't seen a toilet brush in a very long time. There was at least plenty of hot water but the whole place needs a proper clean.

Warm and clean. The bed was really comfortable and it was quiet at night. The facilities are basic but you get what you pay for. If you just want somewhere to sleep without much fuss at a reasonable price then it’s ideal.

Great location. But the Berkeley is more of a hostel than a hotel. The room was dilapidated, pretty much everything was very old, peeling and stained. From bathroom, to door locks, to mattress. They seriously need to invest in some renovation. Staff was polite but then again, I never tested it them with a challenging situation as my room was pre-paid so all they had to do was give me the key. Will never stay again

Location was great near all the shops on baker street and lot of food options. The hotel mattress was stained had a hole in it and a cigarette burn. The bathroom needed a good deep clean. For the location and price we dealt with it for the 3 nights, we flipped the mattress to a cleaner side. You need to pay for tea and coffee making facilities (£5 I think) and for room cleaning it was £10, and no WiFi.
