The room was serviced every day of the four we were there. Staff was very kind and cheerful. Lots of restaurants nearby and about a 10 minute walk to the underground. I tried the breakfast on checkout day and found it to be very nice. Many selections to choose from and they just charge the room. Would definitely recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The check-in process was quick and easy, which made everything very straightforward on arrival. The hotel is in a great location, making it very convenient for getting around. Breakfast was beautiful with plenty to choose from and everything was nicely prepared. Comfortable and clean room, perfect for our family of 3. Nice breakfast, friendly staff. Great location for Victoria Station and easily walkable to restaurants and other attractions. The only thing I didn’t expect was our room being in an annexe across the street, which made it less appealing to use the lounge to relax in, so we stayed in our room when we wanted a rest.
