Its very quiet and peaceful place where you can enjoy your stay.Located on the third floor accessibly via elevator this bright and airy apartment is everything you need for your short holiday break or business trip. Modern fully fitted kitchen, beautiful bathroom and very comfortable king size bed with additional sofa bed in the living room. My apartment is on a very quiet street and even located right in the middle of central London you cant hear any noise from outside. Huge windows and wooden floor trough-out .As London’s historic law district, Holborn is a bustling mix of legal buildings and offices, such as the imposing Royal Courts of Justice and nearby Inns of Court. Small museums here include Sir John Soane's Museum, filled with architectural drawings. Jewellery shoppers browse Hatton Garden’s diamond boutiques, while gastropubs and casual cafes cater to a post-work crowd and students from nearby universities.With several underground stations around (Chancery Lane, Farringdon and Holborn) plus several bus routs you can easily access any part of the city plus all the airports. Stayed here for a week over Christmas with my wife and teenage daughter. Overall, the flat was nice, as described, well equipped and in an excellent location for central London. Sash our host was very responsive and the whole process was very smooth. The only small negative was that the sofa bed was not very comfortable as the mattress is very thin. If travelling with just my wife, I would certainly book again.

Loved our stay at Central Holborn! The host was very easy to communicate with and so friendly. He even took us to the nearby street market to show us his favorite food stalls. The apartment is very well located, easy transit access, great cafes and shops nearby. We slept well, no noise issues, and plenty of space to relax. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting London.

Kitchen fully equiped. Host provided tea, coffee etc. Bed and sofa bed comfortable enough. Air con was portable, not throughout the apartment. Big noisy fan also provided. Flat is compact and stuffy, would not be okay in hot weather. Window furnishings need updating, letting in too much light of a morning. Unit close to bus stops and 10 minutes to train station, so location convenient. High step into bath to use shower.

The flat was clean and bright and had everything we needed. Sash was an excellent host, answered any questions we had, and even left us some provisions to make sure we weren't left hungry on our first day. The flat is located near all the downtown London areas we wanted to visit and was near several transit lines. We would definitely recommend this property for anyone staying multiple days in London and wanting a central home base.

Affordable, safe, quiet street, great restaurants on the block. The manager was very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. It’s a lovely area, few minutes to Farringdon station, other cute neighborhoods too. We were family of 3 so parents in bedroom and adult daughter took the sleeper sofa. All linens provided and kitchen well-stocked with coffee. Highly recommend this flat and would stay again.

Close to most London Attractions

A little off the beaten path but excellent location for walking or taking the tube. Unit was clean and comfortable. Shower was great but the tub being deep might be difficult for elderly or handicapped persons. Tables settings at the kitchen were unnecessary so a suggestion would be to store them and in the cupboards.

Very nice place in a good location

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The owner was great to work with. The location is about a 3 minute walk to 2 different bus stops and about a 9 minute walk to the subway. This was very convenient. There is a pub within 3 minutes and multiple other restaurants as well. A little grocery store is right around the corner, too. I would definitely stay here again.I highly recommend the place, but here are some things you might want to know: The air conditioning is a floor unit that you can either have in the bedroom or kitchen/living room. It can't cool both at the same time. The washer/dryer combo is very small and takes a LONG time to dry anything. Therefore, you can only do one load of laundry a day if you want to use the dryer. They do provide a hanging rack if you prefer to use that.The pull out couch is not comfortable for 2 adult people, but worked fine for one person.I don't mention those things to deter you from staying here. This is a nice place with a nice owner.

Very nice apartment

This is a very nice bright apartment in a quiet side street. Sasha was very helpful and attentive throughout & the booking in & out processes smooth & easy. We were impressed by the generous welcome items in the apartment - milk in the fridge, Coffee pods, tea, coffee, sugar, cornflakes- really generous. The kitchen appliances were of a good quality but you need to give the fridge door a firm push. There were extra blankets available which were much appreciated as the nights were particularly chilly. There is a lift available up to the apartment on the 3rd floor. We were even able to leave our suitcases for an extra couple of hours after booking out while we visited the excellent Charles Dickens Museum just 7 minutes walk away - this was much appreciated & thank you Sacha. There is a small Sainsbury’s a short walk away, a Coop, an M&S Food and a Waitrose all in walking distance. There are two underground stations close by, Farringdon being the closest. The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been different pillows on the comfy bed! But I’m being very picky. Thanks again Sasha for your lovely apartment.

Nice Flat in Convenient Location

Very good location in a quiet neighborhood. Close to the Farringdon Station (8 minute walk to the flat) Elizabeth line which we used from Heathrow to the flat. We arrived pretty early and Stacia was very accommodating by letting us in prior to the 3 p.m. check in. There is laundry but it does take considerable time to do a small load from wash to dry. Still, it was great having it! Full kitchen was very nice to have. While this place isn't in the "thick" of major tourist attractions, a 20 minute walk gets you to the British Museum and theater district with lots of places to shop and eat. The Clerk and Well pub just around the corner from the flat serves up a great burger and the Italian place, La Casetta, is a hidden gem.

The photos as they often do make the living dining area look much bigger than they are. They are all in one room, that is not very big. The furniture is pretty cheap. The sofa is a foldout bed so for sitting it’s hard and uncomfortable. They leave you nothing in the kitchen but some coffee caps and some cornflakes. All the furniture is cheap, the kitchen table is shaky. The worst is they say they have AC. They do, an in-room unit with hose out the window. But the windows only open a few inches, so most of the hot air just blows back in. And you can not just open a window. The bed list as king, but the UK seems to have some small idea of a king. It’s smaller than US or EU. Even though the mattress was new, it was very poor and uncomfortable. Trash is piled near the building door. Basically it’s like staying in a place when you were in college. Not worth the $400 a night we paid with fees. Hotel would have been much better
