Staff were very nice. The room was very clean. It would be great to have a mini fridge in the room. Also it would be nice to have a healthier selection of snacks in the “shop” downstairs, along with a coffee machine and ice. But I like the hotel’s proximity to the square, tube station, cafe etc.

Can't believe people pay a fortune for the HI over the road or the PI or Travel Lodge when you have this place a short walk for Covent Garden.

The staff was amazing especially Matteo who was very polite, helpful and went above and beyond helping with luggage, directions and any and all we asked of him. Looking forward to our next visit to London and we will stay again.
