The check-in process is too complicated. The email can be easily overlooked and the face recognition validation is also too complicated. I have to do the face validation in a public place on the go. It was not easy.

Great but read my comment to find the keys!

So everything great. BUT be aware the key are not where they say they are. INSTRUCTIONS say there is a key box next to the apartment door. They are ACTUALLY in a box in the hall way on the bottom floor. LOOK for 3 grey boxes art the bottom of the staris on the left. NOT obvious at all, untill you know they are there!!

Such a lovely apartment

The apartment was just lovely. Just like the photos and immaculately clean. Self check in was straightforward and plenty of bars and restaurants in the area plus close to two stations. Communication beforehand via WhatsApp was quick. Would definitely return.

We had a great stay during Christmas here at Q Apartments! It was in a great location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants, and the flat was well equipped with everything we needed to be comfortable during our stay.
