Very clean and conveniently located between to tube station within 10 minutes walking distance. Quite and safe. One point off for extremely small shower. We booked the mezzanine to room based off of the online photos showing a rectangular shower; however, we got a TINY square corner shower that was difficult to use. Other than the shower, I would recommend staying here. Very easy check-in and checkout process.

good clean adequate property. VERY small studio flat for 2, bed was smaller than an American queen but a little bigger than an American double bed. Kitchen was basic, with a couple of instant coffees and tea, a stovetop, microwave and small fridge. Bed was reasonably comfortable and unit was very clean. Area was extremely walkable and convenient to underground, restaurants, and grocery shopping. Quiet area for a good nights sleep.

Pros: great price for the area, nice building, clean, comfortable, easy check in / out, being able to store luggage. Cons: a bit noisy during the day with quite a bit doors slamming, there was no ice cube tray in my room, and they said there would be, the TV didn’t work properly (the connection was hit and miss) and also I missed having some sort of low light bedside lamp type thing.

Outstanding location, 5 minutes walk to earl court subway station and 10-15 minutes walking to major museums, lots of restaurants within a block, property is super clean and well maintained, rooms though are really small and showers are tiny and difficult to take a shower comfortably, biggest issue is with their AC as they lock temperature between 10-23 c and it can get very uncomfortable at night keep in mind we visited in April so summer time will be unbearable unless management do something which in all honesty they did when we approached them about The staff is super friendly and helpful Overall we absolutely enjoyed our stay at Cleveland residences

Pleasantly and conveniently located in a beautiful residential neighborhood near Earl's Court Underground station. The room was impeccably clean and well maintained. The kitchenette was equipped with everything needed to prepare light meals. The staff was helpful. The laundry facilities were included and were a great feature for those on longer trips.

Nice and cozy apartment hotel, with a set of table and chairs, a heated bathroom (water temperature was good but not as high as I normally have it), and a small kitchen with pans and utensils provided. Only downside was there were a few stains on the bed sheets, and it’s not something they replace daily.

Spring break family trip

This renovated and beautifully-maintained residence is in an excellent location minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, bars, supermarkets and two underground stations. Staff members were responsive to communication ahead of our stay and helpful answering our questions on arrival. Our mezzanine studio was compact (as we expected for this upscale area) yet it was thoughtfully designed with modern finishes. The unit was spotlessly clean and had most things we needed for our four night stay. Pillows and bedding were fresh and clean; however, our one recommendation would be to upgrade the bed mattress as the springs were tired on the access side of the bed. Overall, we had a great stay.

The location was wonderful and the property was adorable. We loved the room, which had an upstairs and a downstairs. My friend slept in the bed upstairs, and I slept in the pullout bed downstairs, which was very comfortable. We would definitely stay at this property again!
