Lovely hotel in a great location. Didn’t appreciate being upsold a room because “our room wasn’t ready but executive suites were” - 10 minutes before check in time. Bodylotion empty in the room and used sugar packets at coffee station. Coffee in downstairs bar wasn’t drinkable (burned milk).

Our stay was plagued with temperature issues in the room and also water temp that could not be regulated. The worst part after an all day tour we returned at 11pm and found our room very hot. I had to pack all my things and move. I would not stay here again

Great location 5 minutes walk to underground station and other amenities. Helpful front desk staff easy check in and out. Breakfast was very nice selection.

Hotel was lovely,rooms were lovely but I was very annoyed when I was told I had to have another room on my own because they ran out of beds. I booked a family room la few weeks ago for myself my wife and daughter, wen we got to our room there was only 1 double bed.
