An amazingly warm welcome and checked in without issues, was initially put off as received an email saying I had to download an app to check in and get the key and having signed up for it could t get it to work….. so Was a little worried but the lady on the check sorted everything out. She was incredibly professional and helpful, the room was good too, really good location for Tower Bridge, the breakfast was great as well, only downside was no coffee machine and they had coffee bags, which I didnt like.

First room given was a dump the toilet didn’t work and the room was in very poor condition, requested to be moved to another room was better, the building from the outside looks nice but the hallways in the floors are in need of remodeling, should. Use hard floors, no rugs it’s difficult to roll heavy luggage over rugged surfaces. Staff were nice and friendly.
