Iba at the 12th floor cocktail bar was amazing. Basit at concierge was fabulous also. But everyone was very good and professional!
I seriously cried when I looked out the window and saw this view! Been waiting 40 years to go there. Thanks to everyone!

Highly recommended

This hotel has perfect location for tourist due to accessibility to attractions, walking distance to busses and the tube. There are taxis waiting in front of the hotel too, we mostly used uber and its very convenient. There are also restaurants that are close by for late night food plus the hotel has lobby restaurant and roof top restaurant too as well. We booked the family room and its 2 connecting rooms for the price of one, with 2 queen beds. Beds are comfortable and rooms are soundproof. We were told of construction going on another floor but we never heard any of it. Minor things like 1 clogged sink in which maintenance was able to come and fixed. What makes this hotel outstanding are the nice, helpful and friendly hotel staff esp the breakfast staff namely Jhulia, Regina ( chef) Sharif, Emil and Osainatu. Area of improvement is the breakfast menu coz its the same everyday. Otherwise, its a perfect place to stay in London. Highly recommended.
