The bed was great 👍👍👍👍 Slept really well. Area is top notch with location v convenient. Also bear in mind it was a pretty fair price with a nice picture of James Dean on the landing. But there was mold, the bathrooms were not great, and decor and conditions more akin to a student house than a hotel. You get what you pay for!

The Enrico was a fantastic little hotel, in a great location. Will definitely use it again, when I visit London again. My only issue was the cold water taps didn’t work as well as the hot water.

Extremely budget.,, first and last time there. I showered in cold water the first day and today there was hot water. Bed was clean and comfortable, but that’s all I can say for it. Interaction with staff was friendly also. Room was dark and dismal in the basement. I guess I need to pay more in London!

Very helpful staff. Quite a bit run down - older property. Only one electrical plug. TV worked great with many Roku feeds. Great location with good access to Victoria station and the shops and restaurants on Warwick Way.

I wouldn't stay here again. The shower doesn't work properly. They wanted to charge us to leave our bags after check out. Staff not helpful or friendly. The fan in the room didn't work and when I told them about that they did nothing about it. The room was very hot but it wasn't a hot day outside.

This hotel is possibly the worst I’ve ever stayed in. The room was time, the duvet was disgusting as it was warm we removed it from the cover and saw the general state of the duvet. No aircon or fans in the room. Windows opened straight out onto pavement. Bathroom facilities were on a different floor and they were very unkempt and tiny. The shower doors did not close properly. Plugs sockets were hanging off the wall or held in place with silicone. 100% will not use this place again.
