Very tiny room, shower was broken and flooded the bathroom every time it was used, it was very hot in the small room but when using a/c water flooded the room and end of our bed became soaked, we were not provided towels for showering. There was a glazed window between our room and another, they left their light on all night and it lit our room making it impossible to sleep. Location was very good.

Ordinary hotel close to Earls Court Station

Pros: Location and that's it. Partner liked breakfast.
Cons: Truth in description, proper building and sanitary maintenance, re-assessment of bedding quantity in rooms.
Location: Underground stations, pubs, etc
Booked triple room. Allocated room was dirty, air conditioning did not work, no wifi access (as advertised when booking) and broken toilet seat. Re-allocated into a double room. Room so cramped, not even space to have suitcases open. En-suite verges on unusable for large people. Only possible to have one access card working at any time (not convenient for two end end people) This double room would be cramped with a single bed, but it would almost be acceptable. I will seek refund of difference price from triple to double room.
