We had to wait 3 hours after the designated check in time to get into our room. we were compensated with some free drinks (great except I had 2 kids with me) and the breakfast which was lackluster at best. Its busy and getting to your floor is an absolute pain...long lines at elevators.

Most enjoyable stay at the Cumberland. Very welcoming welcome, including a room upgrade from double to king. Breakfast was outstanding, including the whole atmosphere in the hotel.

Perfect location, stylish hotel, great stay!” Loved staying at The Cumberland! Super close to Hyde Park!!! you can literally walk everywhere. The room was clean, modern, and way more spacious than I expected! . Bed was comfy, staff were super friendly, and the whole place just had a cool, upscale vibe without being too over-the-top. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in London!

This hotel as the potential to be one of the best in London however their little to no organisation and service for a high calibre hotel was awful. The lift situation is a mess. The service is shocking when checking in was told to approach the desk by what look like the manager of reception area/Front of house and then he stated one moment and left the desk to speak to colleagues and wait for another 5 mins before he approached us to check us in. The bar service again was poor waited 15 mins for a drink when the bar was half empty. For the price of the hotel we would expect a higher level of service.
