Refurbished hotel, excellent rooms all new nice and clean. Superb service, and nice friendly staff. The breakfast was great and a good range to choose from, and it was all included. Will absolutely recommend this hotel. Just an half an hour journey into the heart of London. Great value for money!

We were greeted immediately as we entered the hotel. Staff were all friendly and very willing to help in any way. The room was very clean. Great shower, although there is a gap between shower screens which made the floor wet but solved when angled the shower away from the screen. Nice choice of Dove hand wash, shower gel and shampoo. Breakfast was buffet style and a good selection of hot drinks from the vending machine. Nice touch offering “grab and go bags”. On the slightly down side, some traffic noise so maybe ask for a room away from the front if a lighter sleeper. Quite a few takeaways around but the restaurants are just under a mile away. Tube stations too and a fair way away.

Just one thing want to be aware of they have a carpark on their website indication. but actually they hasn't included free carpark - If you traveling by car, please search the car park nearby hotel, they would suggest you could park on the street parking nearest hotel. but that is not free and not easy to find. Another thing need to be addressed is the check out time is wrong on their website. It is 11am need to be returned the room, however in the website is indicates the check out time is 'Noon time' means 12:00pm? that is what I want to address out might be someone would be aware of.
