Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean, excellent shower. Very convenient location between two Tube stations. Others have noted noise in rooms, but the rumblings from the underground didn’t bother me and wasn’t too loud.

I paid extra for a larger room and there is no way that was a room with extra space. It felt incredibly cramped. There was only one size of towel available, which was an inconvenience and seemed lazy on the hotel’s part. There was no phone to call the front desk. The lighting system was really weird. It was clean, so that was positive. The room would have been fine for 100-130 bucks a night but not 200 dollars a night. I would not stay there again.

An overall lovely place to stay! Staff are great, especially harsh and andreea which checked us in and was there the next 2/3 nights, very friendly and helpful. Not sure of the names of the other people (morning staff) but we’re also very smiley and welcoming. Would Definetely recommend and stay at other point A hotels in the future :)

Was given room in basement just above the subway line. It was very disturbing with every passing train as the room vibrated and became very noisy. Asked the staff if we can move to an upper level and was told immediately that the hotel is fully booked. He didn't even check his booking system or attempted to find a resolution. I wouldn't recommend staying at this hotel.
