We chose this hotel for its pool and location. Staff were very friendly, and our room was clean. A few items to note: air conditioner was extremely loud; even with earplugs in it would wake us during a deep sleep. The toilet would not flush properly and made a dripping sound during the 45~ mins it took to fill back up. The condition of the pool was deplorable. The first night we arrived, the water was murky. The next day we arrived to the pool as it opened, we could see a layer of oil and debris mixing with the water.
Upon checkout we voiced our concerns to the front desk person who informed us that it wasn’t their fault the pool was dirty- they had found a diaper in the two days earlier. They said they could not offer us a refund as we booked through Expedia but could send us a coupon via email for our next stay. The coupon did not come. We are out money for paying for public pools over the weekend because we didn’t feel safe swimming in the hotel pool water.
If you’re a deep sleeper, want a clean room and won’t be swimming, this place is fine. If you want access to the pool and need something more reliable, perhaps consider a different hotel.
