The options were average. Some breakfast items didn't meet Hyatt standard. I was underwhelmed. The view from room wasn't particularly pleasant. Thw vibe was off. The room was fine, but the main entrance and downstairs to check-in is a bit different and inconvenience.

Only booked this hotel become of the rooftop bar. It has dates the bar is booked privately online and our date was ok, when we tried to go to the bar they told us it was closed for private function. I explained it was not online and that we booked this hotel for the bar but no apology and no empathy.

I enjoy staying in the east end of London because of its multicultural community. While the area outside isn’t the best, the rooms are immaculately clean. The beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are pristine.

Stayed here on my birthday and am so grateful to all the staff at Hyatt Place for making my birthday a memorable one! All the staff were absolutely amazing and made sure I was treated on my birthday, thank you so much! All the finishing touches in the room were lovely and the rooftop bar is amazing. Fantastic atmosphere, music and drinks, we will definitely be back!
