Not good for the price they charge

This hotel is huge! I had to queue at reception to check in for over 20 minutes. The staff were friendly and helpful, but very slow in checking people in. Trying to find your room in the vast array of corridors is quite difficult even if you do try to follow the signs. For the price charged, the room was basic. No air conditioning or fan. Basic tea and coffee sachets. And a view of hundreds of other hotel windows. Carpets in the corridors were ripped and frayed and the wallpaper peeling. It didn’t detract from my stay, but for the price I would have expected a lot better. Prices in the on-site shop were astronomical, but there is a 24 hour Tesco a few minutes walk away. Hotel was adequate for my needs as was out for most of the weekend and only used the hotel to sleep, but I wouldn’t consider staying hee again.

This hotel is a 3 minute walk from an underground station, has many bars, restaurants, and shops within a 10 minute or less walk. The location is excellent. Our room was better than expected in terms of cleanliness and space. It was very clean on all levels and the ‘living space’ with the couch was bigger than expected. Only 2 complaints are that a mini fridge would have been nice to have in the room for water, snacks, and beverages, and the shower set up is a little odd as there is no door to close which led to water being on the floor after every shower even with a bath mat. Check in took a long time, but we were there for the London Marathon weekend so we expected it to be busy. Overall would stay here again, location is great, very clean, and staff were pleasant

The hotel location works well for Central London with most theatres and lots of attractions within a 15-20 minute walk. As a couple we found the room to be very clean with a good size bedroom and bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the room was of a decent standard, including the option to make hot drinks. No air conditioning was present, although we did use the fan provided. Worth noting that there was a safe available in the room, free of charge, which worked well for us. Overall a very good three night stay. We would use this hotel again.

Perfect for our needs. Room with 4 beds was perfect for teens. Super close to multiple breakfast spots and the underground as well as bus stops. Room was clean. Shower was excellent. Would have liked more space to store items and luggage. Also would have appreciated an ice machine, water fountain, air conditioning and American wash cloths. Staff was super attentive.

The staff are always helpful and polite. Communal areas are open and clean. Nice rooms and a great breakfast. Our only negative is the ease of storing or collecting bags. It's can become very congested at time and we've had to wait a long time
