This is the second time I have stayed here, last in 2015. Sure its a bit worn out but I found both times very clean, secure and reasonably quiet, and very functional. Its very low cost and location to Bayswater with the tube and shops is worth it. Will stay again next time

Ideal location for tourists

Very close proximity to Hyde Park, bus stops and TWO tube stations. Our room was upgraded so we found the room to be spacious (by London standards) clean and well-equipped. Only downside was the heater didn't pump out enough warmth for us Australians and it took a long time for the shower to drain of water. Excellent free wifi connection and the kitchenette allowed us to keep costs down. Several grocery stores were also in close proximity. Great value for money.

Close to transport, ships, restaurants and sights.

Great location close to amenities and transport. Comfortable but nothing flash. Tiny bathroom but more or less expected this.

Cons: No Tea Towel, rubbish removed and bath towels only changed every 3 days, bedlinen only changed weekly
Location: close to 2 tube stations
Facilities: Nothing special; Value: Could be better; Service: Sufficient; Cleanliness: Lacking, see "Worst thing?"; Images on website didn't match reality; description implies room had dryer and washing machine when there was only a small coin laundry for guest use
