Hyde park cute boutique hotel min from bus stop

Perfect little boutique hotel in Hyde park. Amazing customer service. Lavish, clean, great breakfast and just min from the bus stop. Great value for money. And definitely exceeded our expectations. Would definitely come back.

Lack of Tourist information

No printed tourist information. Staff endeavoured to look up internet which was not very satisfactory. We ordered taxi but it was a hire car which cost 18 pound to go a short distance instead of 6 pound in a taxi. On arrival we were requested to pay 50 pounds on our credit card for any possible extra costs. I refused as this was not mentioned in the booking information. Reception firstly refused to accept Scottish pounds to pay for our breakfast, but after much discussion eventually it was accepted by another staff member. We moved the two single l beds apart from each other to find much accumulated dust under the beds. Otherwsie the location was fine, the room was quiet.
