The staff was helpful from the first day we arrived. We were able to put our bags in a safe area because we got there early, which was helpful. We were always greeted, and most of the area was well-maintained. However, I did give it 4/5 stars because the shower ceiling looked like it was starting to grow mold, and the shower curtain didn't hold anything in, so the floor kept getting wet, which was irritating. Again, though, very friendly staff.

A good three star hotel. Room was like a student dorm, but manageable for the one night I was there for. Water took ages to get hot. Location was perfect as I was working in Brunel uni. Parking was available and FREE which was a bonus.
