The SPA was massively overcrowded to account it was dangerous and the reception staff were unhelpful. We have stayed here before but I think it’s lost its charm and the rooms were tired albeit great area. Don’t think we will be returning.

Bar staff rude and treat you as going to run without paying. I ensured I had credit on my room at checkin and made a seperqte payment for this. After 1 drink the water ran to me looking for payment and said I did not have credit. May have been a simple error but the attitude was all wrong.

Had a wonderful experience at the Leonardo St Paul's. Stayed for 2 nights and wanted to surprise my partner for her birthday. They offer lots of different packages including balloons, rose petals, mirror message, etc, so I arranged everything with Anne in the guest relations team - who was super helpful - and everything was perfect, so thank you, Anne! ☺️ Our room was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable (probably the best nights sleep I've ever had in any hotel!), and well equipped with everything you might need. Hotel is an a great location with St Paul's right on the doorstep, and other iconic sightseeing spots just a short train ride away. A wonderful experience and would highly recommend. Hope to be back in the near future!

Don’t bother with the executive lounge. Really isn’t worth it and very poor experience. Dirty with almost all the tables full of old glasses and rubbish, coffee machine a health and safety violation and very nearly got burns due to the high pressure steam that burst out (also not working so no hot drinks in the end). Very limited snacks and drinks with no allergen information.
