Victoria, breakfast room is very efficient and nice at busy time. Departure was terrible. They forgot our 2 wakup calls for catching up early Eurostars. No apologies at all at front desk.just saying system errors, even though i saw the memo about wake up call at reception. Facility was fabulous but most of staffs are not nice.

Needs improving on service

Service needs improving here. Location of hotel is excellent, spa was very good. I checked in with a few bags and nobody offered to help take my bags to room. I struggled through the numerous doors to the west wing. Bar service very slow. I was charged £6.50 for mini bar but didn’t agree to mini bar. It was put on my automatic check out bill. Please refund me and for the breakfast as I was waiting 15 minutes and nobody seated me.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this lovely and convenient hotel in central London. Staff was welcoming and friendly and we also enjoyed dining on site after a long day of sightseeing. The neighborhood is fun and safe and the room was well appointed, very comfortable, and appropriately sized for our family of two parents and a teen. Would recommend to others and absolutely stay again on another trip!

Not a Family friendly hotel!

First, our kudos to front desk/reception for a smooth check-in and warm reception upon arrival! Sadly, this turned out not to be a Family friendly hotel! To our utter dismay, upon arrival we were told that the pool was not available at regular times to children under 16. The staff and the signs posted were conflicting each other about rules around using the fitness area. Bottom line, we experienced an extremely rude staff at their so called ‘Spa’ and only realized that unless you are here for business and wearing a Tux, you are going to have a sub-par experience! Sad but true, take ur money elsewhere if you are looking to unwind in London!!

Very well placed by St Paul’s and central London. The staff were exceptionally kind and professional. The breakfast was extensive and beautifully presented. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was equally well equipped and the toiletries were luxurious. My only complaint would be the wardrobe which was large enough, but I couldn’t hang my long dress in it as it wasn’t tall enough. Very frustrated as I didn’t want my dress to be creased. That really does need addressing as the hotel has events and certainly I wasn’t the only lady wearing a long dress to the event I attended.
