Downgraded to no window room as our “booked rooms heating was broken” Offered partial refund for downgrade and breakfast. As for room, floor dirty/sticky and Mould above and around extractor fan. Shame, I liked staying here before, won’t book here again.

Overall a very nice room. Clean, modern, and a great location, although there was a lot of noise from other guests walking in from outside, as my room was immediately next to the entrance (Rooms are in a separate block to the reception)

On arrival we were put into a house over the road from reception!! Raining hard!!! We requested 2 more pillows, receptionist advised 5 minutes 20 minutes later, I walked to reception for pillows to be advised her friend was on a break and she would bring them over, so 45 minutes later we got the pillows - we arrived late and just wanted to go to bed. My husband is 6’6” and this room is very very small, unable to get out of bed when he was in bed, there wasn’t enough room, we couldn’t get ready together we had to take turns as no no room. We were in room 503 and every time someone came in and out of building it was very noisy. Won’t be staying here again.
