The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. It was located on a quiet street, easy to sleep. Very close to a tube station. Good restaurants close by. I highly recommend it

We enjoyed our stay at London House. It is very close to Queensway tube as well as bus routes and other lines. The breakfast was OK - not great but not bad either. The hot options were not really hot and the same options were presented daily. It's not worth the extra $ but Ok if it was part of your package. Be sure to go to the Prince Alfred pub which is just around the corner. The food is great and they have entertainment nightly.
