Never Again, do not book, opposite of lovely!
Hotels.com should remove this as an option for anyone to book! Once I got there at 3:30pm, I still didn’t know how to get in, then I was told to walk 15 minutes in the direction I just came from to collect the key.
Upon arriving I was greeted with sofa bed leant up against a wall next to a broken shoe rack. Went into the living room which was filthy, smoke alarm wires hanging from the ceiling, grease on the oven extractor and the sofas covered in stains, the bathroom was also grim with a filthy shower head, missing skirting boards and an old mop leant against the toilet. The bedroom was no better, when I opened the blinds, the window was broken.
I slept in my clothes, didn't empty my suite case and had a shower in the office the next morning rather than here. I will never return.
