We chose this hotel because it advertises pool and jacuzzi and my husband has medical issues in which he takes jacuzzi twice a day .when we got there the person said it would be fixed within a few days and later said Tuesday .so we left wed and they then said later in the week .my husband had to stay in room a few days due to his arthritis and we had two rooms with teenagers and would have been too much to change rooms .i really feel like we should get partial refund as this was the primary reason we chose this hotel .also if elderly ask for handicap room as the bath tub that has shower is so high and my husband slipped getting out .food fir breakfast was subpar -eggs just sit there and we took the safe way and only ate bread and cheese and ate out .very disappointing and hope hotel will give partial refund . Also rooms are really tiny .staff very nice but guy at jacuzzi kept saying different days of when jacuzzi will be fixed

Decided to upgrade the room on arrival. The heating in our room was not working, we only noticed this on our first night after we got back from our night out at midnight. We were offered a room change at that point, or portable heaters. We decided to take the portable heater as there was no way you were in a state to change rooms at that time of hour. However we still have a very unpleasant cold and uncomfortable sleep as it was very cold in the morning we decided to complain we were offered to change your room which we agreed to take, but we had to wait a few hours for the room to be available, I find this hard to believe as they were willing to change rooms at midnight!! Once in the new room, once it had taken a few hours of our day and what we are planning to do away from us, it was a very pleasant room. Then we decided to use the hotel spa facilities, I need to find out that the steam room and the spa were out of order. We booked this hotel for these facilities as they were included in the hotel. We stayed at this hotel a year ago and had a very pleasant day and this is why we decide to stay again, but it was disappointing this time.

The area was in a very convenient spot near the tube station which was very helpful for a less than like 5 minute of a walk staff and everything was very clean. very nice. although I would say considering it was a very busy season to get the room, you have to wait till exactly 2:00 or if not a little bit later which was not my favorite preference

The hotel is in a lovely area, in a quiet street near beautiful London park. The staff very friendly, welcoming and attentive. Breakfast was delicious and well organised. Room small but had very nice shower and comfy bed. Little sofa to sit down was also good. Nice lighting options. My only reservation was the room was cold, it took a while to resolve the issue and this was very disappointing. The swimming pool was very nice, but steam room and jacuzzi not working, which was a real shame and one of the reasons for booking this hotel.

Good price and location for a Xmas break. Hotel had everything needed - bar, restaurant, pool - added bonus for a decent fridge in the room. Aircon worked well and kept the selected temperature throughout the week and bed was surprisingly comfy.

Well placed for amenities and public transport. Staff courteous room spotless and lots of choice for breakfast. We used the spa area too although the steam room was closed and the jacuzzi could do with a refurb. The staff were very good though.

I can only rate the hotel based on room, breakfast bar service and carpark. 1 room . Although room was as you would expect. The bathroom could do with a little work , both myself and my wife are very able bodied and both struggled getting in and out of the bath to get a shower . Having to put rubber mats on the bath to prevent from slipping are good , but with the bath having a real step slop the end you climb into the bath is not safe at all. Someone from the hotel needs to look into this befor ther is a serious injury. 2 breakfast . Excellent 3 bar 11pm last orders on a sunday . 4 carpark , although very tight , it was perfect, carpark entrance was put in before the modern car decided to grow , plus carpark attendant on 21/12 3pm was really helpfull Overall i will stay here again as perfect location for the royal albert hall.

The hotel location was perfect...in the heart of Kensington. Location was very convenient for trains, Uber, cabs and buses. The room accomodation was fair... the carpet was dirty and very soiled. The love seat was also not clean...very worn and could have benefited from a good shampoo. Otherwise, the bathroom was spotless and the breakfast bar was very satisfactory. The staff was friendly especially Ali who worked the Starbucks counter. He was very friendly and demonstrated impeccable customer service skills. I would stay at this location again but will request a room where some.of the amenities are not as worn and soiled.

On check in, my wife and I stood next to each other at the desk,I was greeted and acknowledged, my wife was completey ignored and not referenced or recognised in any way. I was twice asked if I would need one door card or two..there was two of us standing there. It was all a bit clumsy and not very welcoming. I had another interaction with reception shortly after, when we were bombarded with on line offers to upgrade our room to a suite. we decided to accept. When I returned to the desk to facilitate the upgrade, it felt very much like a task to far for the receptionist, again it was more fractious than a celebration. Reception did offer the concierge to pack our bags in the outgoing room to the new room, I explained that we had not unpacked anything and it would be much easier for all, if we just moved the bags ourselves. Reception said they would give me a call when the room was available.. When it came to 1530 and I'd heard nothing, I went back to reception. A new colleague said that we couldnt access our new room as the concierge hadn't yet moved our bags..!! So my original conversation had not been passed on, and I never received the message as offered. Very small points, and easily overlooked in isolation, but added together made us both feel not very welcome, despite having eventually paid for a reasonably expensive room. We avoided reception for the rest of our stay. All other staff we came across at all levels were 10 out of 10. Of note concirege desk, and bkfst chef
