We had arranged for early check in (which they charge extra for) yet when we arrived, were told there were no rooms available. We were allowed in slightly early but still had to pay full price for “early check in”. The pull out twin is basically a cot and very uncomfortable. There is no hair dryer or plug in the bathroom. Our room wasn’t clean. We paid for a city view and had a view of the wall of the building next door. And we paid for breakfast and were asked to leave before we were even done eating because there were people waiting for tables.

Sheets were wrinkled as if someone was sleeping in the bed or maybe housekeeping just did not take the time to make the bed or change sheets. There was also a stain on two of the pillows. The room was extremely hot. A window was open, bathroom sink drain was not working. We were supposed to have a city view when I looked out the window I was facing another building.
