Great location but not like a 5 star hotel

The location of the apartment is good but if you are expecting 5 star don't stay here. It is pretty unclean - particularly outside the rooms and the rooms themselves are not like the pictures at all. Very tired. Also lacks professional staff at reception areas (they are often eating and conducting family meetings). They are very friendly and nice though. No hot water one day and we had to wait for it to be fixed. Room did not meet description as advertised as one bedroom with sofa bed and there was no sofa bed at all which caused difficulties. Wouldn't recommend unless you are a budget traveller- not for the luxury market
