The room was basic but very clean and spacious. Very convenient location for Edgware road tube. Overall very satisfied. The one disappointment was we arrived 1 hour before check-in but despite our room being ready we were only allowed to check-in if we paid £20 early check-in fee.

Hotel is clean, my family felt safe there, but it’s really 2.5 stars, cheapest everything: the lowest voltage electric bulbs=deem room, shower is more of mist (lever tightened), water is barely hot in the mornings, but better in the evenings, continental breakfast very modest. One electric outlet on the opposite side of the beds. Overall, it’s not horrible, but very very basic.

A lift to all floors which was really helpful with a heavy suitcase and a fridge in the room which was great. I think this hotel is a solid 4 stars. I do think it's overpriced though - we paid nearly $400 USD for a room for 4 people. While it did have separate rooms, one with two twins, and one with a king, the king size room had no outlets other than for the tv, and zero storage for clothes. It also had no tea or fridge. Everything we needed was in the other room, which required bothering the other guests every time. I would likely look for a more reasonable option next time.

Good: location. Convenient location if you arrive in Heathrow and take a Heathrow express. Close to Hyde park, seems to be a good neighborhood. Bed is small but the mattress is very firm which I like. Linens and towels are clean. Free breakfast but very minimal, no protein. Budget friendly. Has fridge in room. Employees seem to be very nice. Bad: Very old. Bed is small, shower is small, a room is small. Power outlets are limited. Breakfast is carbs heavy, no eggs.
