Local owner small business hotel with a great location. Stayed as a family and the room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was really friendly. The neigborhood area has plenty of good restaurant options. Location is great for site seeing - main attractions are walk-able (within 1.5 miles) or the tube station is a 2-minute walk from the hotel.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the non-carpet floors. Great location - less than 10 minutes walk to Victoria station and right next to Pimlico tube station. The room and bathroom were small, you could only probably fit a small/ medium suitcase. If you’re a light sleeper, bring strong earplugs because the street noise is loud. The room was not soundproof.
