Welcome to this chic 50 m² 1-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on High Timber Street in the heart of the City of London. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
Bedroom: Double Bed (140x180 cm), Living Room: 1 Double Sofa Bed. The apartment has a full bathroom.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a smart tv (flat screen) and dining table and chairs. There is a private small balcony — smoking is not allowed on the small balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a £50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is £90; after 1:00 AM is £120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!

Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.

The Barbican arts complex, Borough Market, and the South Bank are all nearby.

Good stay, in a nice location, you're right in the heart of London, with iconic landmarks like the Tate Modern, Borough Market, and the London Eye all within easy reach, it's a great area for both sightseeing and exploring the local vibe. The flat itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living area. The bed was comfy.
