Room was ok. The slight step up into the bathroom nearly broke my toes. We were greeted very coldly as we arrived before check in time. Getting the codes to gain access could have been smoother.

They were very accommodating by storing our luggage upon our early arrival, and getting into the room early. It was a great place, clean, safe, secure, and a very convenient location. With modern updated bathroom. HOWEVER, the room was in the basement and you will hear the low rumble of the Picadilly tube line- Which was something we never expected!

Greeted by an angry man who complained we didn’t self check in despite it being against the terms and conditions with this website and not receiving any emails from them on self check in. Bed was small and cheap/unfortable. The whole mattress moves when your partner moves slightly. Floor was not clean.

Easy check- in process. Really good location for mainline train stations, tube and walking distance to the West End. Very clean and well maintained. I stayed in a studio upgraded room and it had all the amenities you would need for a short term stay. The bonus was that it was quiet so I got a good night’s sleep. Will definitely rebook

Room is in basement and you ring the call box and some one shows up to let you in. No front desk. Loved the neighborhood. Fantastic bakery around the corner. The only problem was the end we were there the Piccadilly line was not working making using the underground difficult. The station one block away was the reason we booked the property.

I am not big on apartment hotels, but I must say I was pleasantly surprised with this property. The space in the room was great; the cleanliness of the room and the entire property was excellent. It was conveniently located near the Russel Square station that allowed us to get all our sighting seeing spots very easily. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. I had to make additional arrangements, and the customer service and response was above and beyond. We are very happy with our stay.

Great location

Clean room, response time was quick, easy access, close to underground, many restaurants close and a great pub right around the corner. Room was much smaller than expected, but we were hardly in the room. Too much to see in London. Would recommend staying here.

Room was very clean. Bed probably 3.5/5 in terms of comfort, it’s a very small bed and the mattress isn’t amazing but pillows are very nice. Overall very clean, plenty of plug sockets which is good. Lovely warm bathroom and a/c works. Wardrobe did not have trouser hangers. Nice to have a proper kitchen although the smallest size room is miniature, barely room for a yoga mat so book a bigger room if possible. Very safe, excellent location, will definitely be back.

Stayed at Cleveland Residences for one night as it’s very close to our daughter’s university. Flawless communications, super clean, comfortable , upscale flats, good nearby food options, and 2-3 minutes to Russell Square underground station. This is the place to stay if you haven’t be close to UCL or Univ of London.
