Stayed at Cleveland Residences for one night as it’s very close to our daughter’s university. Flawless communications, super clean, comfortable , upscale flats, good nearby food options, and 2-3 minutes to Russell Square underground station. This is the place to stay if you haven’t be close to UCL or Univ of London.

An absolutely perfect location - tubes, buses and plenty of shops nearby. And the highlight of the location is beautiful Russell Square just a few minutes away. The room was compact but spotlessly clean and most of all, felt very safe. The staff responsiveness was excellent - I had issues with the air-conditioning and locked myself out of the safe. The staff were very helpful in resolving both issues promptly. I'll definitely be back!

The location was ideal for us and you can walk to most West End theatres within half an hour. It was very nicely furnished, well equipped and beautifully quiet. Would probably make this my first choice every London trip from now on.

Very clean and tidy with good kitchen equipment.. Excellent communication from the staff during our stay. Close to train from airport and getting around and an easy walk (15 minute's to most.). Plenty of eateries and pubs nearby and a great grocery store about 3 minutes walk. In house lift and laundry. Highly recommend this place for your stay

Very nice to have an apartment style residence in a lively area of London. There are grocery shops and a tube station nearby and it’s a thirty minute walk to Piccadilly. Doesn’t have a hotel lobby but we had good communication about lock codes and let ourselves in. Free laundry machines on lower level and good air conditioning mean I’ll be back!

The studio I used was spotless and good decor. I liked the matching toiletries and big bathroom. The bed being at the side of the wall was a bit of a challenge but I could move it a little. The whole property is lovely, safe and easily to get to the tube station or walking area.

Our stay at Cleveland Residences in London was mostly positive. Location was great, good dining all around it and public transportation very accessible. Room was small and was very warm at night with the warmer weather we had while we were there. There was air conditioning but window had to be closed to use it; this wasn’t stated on the room instructions. The site custodian was helpful when we needed anything.

Definitely would stay here again!

Great location for an easy on, easy off subway station. We arrived early for check in and were able to drop off our bags. Room was small but immaculate! The kitchen area had a microwave, stove top and even a toaster. There was an iron, ironing board and hair dryer. We did not take advantage of the dishes, pots & pans and cleaning products. They had free washing machines (even included the laundry soap that we did not use). I imagine there are larger rooms available for families traveling with children.

So delighted with our accommodations

The room had everything we needed for a comfortable 6 night stsy, including VERY HELPFUL free laundry machines on the premises. Bright, quiet, beautifully lit hallways and elevator led to quiet room with excellent bed plus kitchenette. The neighborhood is great with a tube stop around the corner and a large park 1/2 block away. Pret a Manger on the corner provided an easy, inexpensive breakfast option. Will definitely stay at this property again next time.
