Only thing that would have made the visit nicer was to have some drawers to unpack in. The front desk help was terrific!

Easy to find close to the tube station only a couple of minutes walk, greeted by friendly staff check in went smoothly. Room was clean and comfortable even though it was the hottest day of the year at 31 degrees!

The room had no way of getting fresh air in as the windows didn't open. Room was hot and stuffy, smelt a little like unpleasant. The air conditioning unit didn't work properly so had a bad nights sleep. Bathroom was nice. But overall rooms all too small.

We think Motel one is the best International hotel for Americans. It’s simple and ultra clean. They offer a great breakfast for a small fee. There’s a lounge where you can meet for business or with friends. There is a bar. They are consistent with the standards throughout the world that we have seen. They are usually near a tourist attraction or Central Park.
