- Local bookings in London would not be entertained.

- Main guest must be at least 21 years of age.

- Government ID (with verified address) must be supplied prior to your check-in for verification as per UK Tourism rules.

- Our Terms of Service must be signed at least 24 hours prior to check-in.

- A £500 refundable security deposit by bank transfer or via Airbnb is required.

- Parties or events would not be tolerated at our properties. CCTV installations are present in communal areas and noise monitoring devices installed within the property to detect any noise nuisance. If excessive noise above the threshold is detected, our guests would be asked to leave immediately, their stay and full deposit forfeited and no refunds would be given as per our Terms of Service.
