Previous occupier’s clothes left in our drawers, engineer unable to supply extension cord for breathing machine - he pushed our power boards joined together down the back of the bed to reach across!! The shampoo and handwash containers in bathroom were empty or faulty.

The view was phenomenal. The pub down the road was great for fish and chips. Easy walk to Vauxhall station. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The doormen were especially delightful. The only problem was we opted for the eco friendly option of not having our room cleaned everyday. However, I dropped the remote and it went under the bed. Picking it up, I saw an inch of dust and instantly knew why I thought I must of caught a cold on the flight over. Housekeeping must swiffer around the bed and not under it! 😳 Otherwise, great stay… GREAT LOCATION!!

I did not feel safe there at all. Someone tried to bash in the connecting room door, one guy tried to lure me into the staircase, then he was in the elevator with his hands groping in his sweatpants like he wanted to attack me until he saw I was watching his hands. So he quickly exited. Then, I wanted to check out after a couple of nights stay. I left the key there. They told me I could not check out until I reached your company. Which I was unable to contact. I want reimbursement for the days I did not stay. I only stayed two nights because I didn’t feel safe. Please do something about it. Ruined my stay in London.

The property is located in a more modern, trendy side of London in the east of Thames. It has several bus stops on the adjacent street, also walkable distance to the tube, bus, train station and to Uber boat wharf. A convenience store is also close by. The area is quiet, safe and pleasant. The property also feels new, clean and very professionally managed. The staff was very nice, polite and attentive. Our room was also very quiet (even is closest to the elevator) for all our 9-day stay. It's clean and comfortable. Overall, we have had a very pleasant stay and everything as good as described and better. Thank you for making our first trip London so wonderful and memorable l!!!!!
