Concerige very helpful, really appreciated providing information about the rail service Staff were very friendly in general. Breakfast was chaotic the morning we choose to add to the booking. All self service. People couldn’t find plates and the layout wasn’t clear. Lifts were also slow at times. Other than that very enjoyable stay.

Pros: 9 mins walk from Vauxhall station which is Victoria line and you can easily connect anywhere. Comfortable rooms, nicely furnished, bathrooms has shower and also bath, good toiletry selections, hotel uses brand called ESPA. good air conditioning and rooms las big windows. Room service menu is very nice you can find many options. Cons: If you want to have breakfast outside the hotel very limited options, no proper coffee shop close by. We noticed out room has no kettle and we awaited 40 mins to get a kettle to make coffee. In rooms you can find instant coffee and some tea selections. I think this offering could have been better and a bit cleaner. My Coffee / Tea bowl was dirty.

My favorite hotel in London! The staff is incredibly attentive and makes you feel right at home. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. I love taking some time to relax in the swimming pool. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and the comfy beds ensure a great night's sleep.

The property was not well maintained. The “heated” pool was freezing and not well maintained. The front of house staff were not very warm and welcoming. The breakfast that is £25 per person was atrocious. The coffee machines did not work and most of the food was gone by the time we went. And when I was brought up to the front desk, it was dismissed quickly with no compensation. We had to go next door to a better breakfast to have any kind of substance. The location is nice because it’s close to the Underground/piers/bus stops and Westminster. Although pricey, the room service was very nice. Our room was not cleaned well with clothing stickers on the ceiling and dust all over. The furniture looked like it has been there for 20 years and has a lot of wear and tear. Overall, poor experience. Nice location.
