Had bad experience using the company who let this apartment. Complicated online check in process having to upload your passport, a selfie photo and complete an unsecure credit card form for a £300 damage deposit, which is charged IMMEDIATELY despite the t&c's saying it was to be a card pre-authorisation only i.e. reducing your credit limit but not charged. What wasn't also told is that the deposit takes UP TO 14 DAYS FROM CHECKOUT DATE TO BE REFUNDED! So they hold onto your money after you vacate, an unacceptable practice and had to complain to get it back within a week as an "exception". Apartment key collected from shop about a mile away so not handy. Apartment was newly refurbished but in area of middle eastern ethnicity, so unless you like food from that area no-where to eat locally. About 10 mins walk up Edgeware Road from Marble Arch.
