The room felt neglected. Staff have no knowledge of the area when asked questions, so extremely unhelpful. The only time the staff were friendly was at breakfast when they were asking people to rate them. Heating was up way too high, the restaurant food at night was so overpriced and disgusting!! We were very disappointed with the room it was tiny and very squashed in. Again no help from anyone.

While in the lobby, we watched complaints from two parties handled by staff telling the guests the problems were the guests’ fault. This was consistent with the response when we could not access the supposedly included “Ultimate Wifi”… “It’s your phone’s fault.” Never mind that BOTH iphones have never had a problem anywhere else. It was extremely difficult having no internet access. When we brought the hair dryer that didn’t work to the front desk, the woman didn't know what to do. Eventually she said she’d have a new one sent up. When we returned to the room that night, the same dryer had been returned. It still didn't work. Another trip to the front desk. When we returned after a day out, there was another dryer that rattled loudly when picked up, and DID NOT WORK. We asked a housekeeper in the hallway if she might have access to a working hairdryer. She traded it with one from another room…putting the broken one in that room for the next guest to deal with. The shower has decent pressure and was hot the first evening but BARELY warm the second night. After the lack of interest from all of the staff members we encountered, we did not hazard a try in the restaurant. Despite the location, we will not return. We had reservations at another Premier location for the rest of our trip. We’ve cancelled those and have booked elsewhere.

What we loved was the convenience of being so close to the Hammersmith station. The room was also generous and efficient in space. The heat was absolutely quiet and the bathroom well vented (rare in hotels). Bed was comfortable. Would completely book for a future trip without hesitation!

Staff are really helpful. The hotel is clean, and the rooms are smaller with minimal amenities. It’s a very good choice for its location and price. The breakfast is quite reasonable, and they have a very nice lobby bar, again, for the price and location. Highly recommended.

The rooms while tiny were very functional. The breakfast buffet is quick and delicious and very reasonably priced. Location between two underground stations was perfect. Staff was helpful and accommodating. Just let reception know if you want your room cleaned.

Didn’t get the room I booked. The check in experience was terrible as the staff was unwilling to help us get the accommodations we booked. The hotel was as advertised but the poor service negatively overshadowed everything. Very disappointing.
