Clean, quiet and comfortable, friendly and helpful staff. Our room, a double, was VERY small, and the bathroom minute. it would be fine for an overnight stay but any longer is frustrating. Close to tube, and on a few bus routes.

Clean, very cramped and cold shower

Location: Good location and close to station
We arrived and noticed that the room was lovely and clean, the room was so tiny and cramped that we had to climb over the bed to get any floor space to put our bags down. Luckily we only had hand luggage so we didn't need much room to put it which was lucky! The shower was a joke! There was no power, and it was cold. We made the mistake of using soap which meant somehow we had to wash it off which was almost impossible as the shower just sprinkled light water. Bed time.... I had to roll up toilet paper to plug my ears because it was so so noisy in bed. The big lovely window was very nice to look at but by no means practical for a guest wanting to get any sleep.
